Well what can I say about this bank holiday. The theme was the war years. When we arrived there on the Thursday night 5pm, to set up we thought it was going to be the usual wet week end as it didn't stop raining till about 11pm Thursday night. But Friday somebody was looking down on us, the sun was shining, the field was drying out very good in some places. We had a good turn out 77 units in all. Every body was chilling out as the saying goes on the Friday. On the Saturday the party tents went up ready for the evenings get to-gether. Quite a few people got dressed up for the evening, the music was supplied by a Mr Davis and those that didn't dance were singing. On the Sunday we had the kids being occupied with some games. Below are some of the photo's that were taken. Coventry DA committee Mark was looking for sponsership for himself, a group of his work mates were going for a sponsered leg wax, see Marks pictures at the bottom. I will let you know how much they raised when I see him next.
