Sorry for the delay in getting these picture on the web but I have got limited access due to building work being carried out. But less of mine and Chris's problems. Easter meet was held at Pinvin this year, well you all know what the weather was like you don't need me to tell you. Well when we arrived it was kind of wet, but we got set up and managed to get the awning up between the showers that seemed to go on all the Thursday afternoon. All in all we had 28 units out including one Tenter. To save us from putting the party tents up the owner of Hyde Farm let us use her poly tunnels for the evening get together's and for the games to keep the children entertained through the day. Following are some of the pictures that were taken.
Yes it did get a bit muddy, But we didn't get many caravans stuck it was the motor homes, but not for long as Paul our youth leader used his truck to get things shifting.
A game of skittles inside the poly tunnel, the wind may have been blowing outside but it was certainly warm inside.
The children decorated their eggs on the Sunday Morning then on the evening had a Bonnet Parade.
Even the adult's joined in on the Bonnet parade.
Here are the winners of each section.
Some people thought we had got our own smoke machine. It did tend to get a bit dusty in the poly tunnel when they start to dance.
